WM Winter 2016 edition |
On October 1st, 2015, we held the rst in our Professional Series: An Alumni Network E ectiveness Conversation with Marian Staş. For the rst time in AISB Alumni reunion history, we were joined by a facilitator who helped us realize some insights on the power of our alumni network.
Mr. Marian Staş, Chairman of Leaders of the Third Millennium, facilitated our discussion, touch- ing on subjects like our individual strengths, their application in a group setting, the e ect on the value of the team, and the ap- plication to our alumni network speci cally.
Mr. Staş ended the session with an activity that brought to light what alumni can give to AISB, but also what they should take from the school and vice versa, commenting: “I liked a lot your courage to create; the fact that you took the exercise with a grain of salt: seriously enough, but fun enough that it came to life.”
Needless to say, the 30 partici- pants took away some valuable lessons and together, the strength and cohesiveness of the Alumni Association grew.
Never have these words been more true, The world is different today. The AISB community is providing support for our communities and for each other. More...
