Dear Alumni,

Hope this e-mail finds you well, please stay safe during the COVID situation, hope you and your families are alright. Please let us know if you need help.

The following message comes from Michelle Ciubuc, while still a medical student is called in to help the many brave medical professionals around the world to stop this outbreak.

The Colentina Hospital in Bucharest (which has become an extension of Matei Bals) would really need our support in raising money for the purchase of protective equipment (surgical gowns, gloves, masks, etc). They need a minimum of 500.000 lei to purchase the minimum amount of gowns necessary to cover the entire staff (gowns are coming from Turkey, 20lei/gown).

Donations can be made to the following bank account:

SPITALUL CLINIC COLENTINA
Sediu: BUCURESTI, Sos. Stefan cel Mare nr. 19-21,
C.I.F 4283929
CONT IBAN: RO21TREZ70221F370100XXXX
TREZORERIE SECTOR 2

Represented by Dr. Mihalcea Remus Gabriel (Manager) and Dr. ec. Butunoi-Radu Liviu-Catalin.

They asked us to use the following description for all bank transfers: “Donatie pentru achizitia echipamentelor de protectie in situatia COVID-19”.
____________

Translation: "Donation for purchasing of protective equipement in the COVID-19 situation."

Please spread the word!

Thank you everyone,

AISB Alumni Association Bucharest
