Alumni News |
Dear Alumni,
We would like to touch base with you all, where ever you are, and hear how you are doing. Our Vampires are all over the world and we hear daily news on how different communities/countries are dealing with this Covid-19 health emergency.
These are tough times for us all, from many points of view. This crisis put on hold our lives and is demanding of us to be and act in a thoughtful, mindful and respectful way - for our health and the health of those around us.
While we spend a lot more time from our homes (working or studying) it is very important that we also use this time to take care of our mind, our energy, and our bodies. Hearing and reading around, I was made aware of how "social distancing" is also taking a meaning also with regards to social media and various communication ways. I would like us to also be mindful and "clean" our means of information and communication from the overwhelming misinformation that is flooding the web.
In the mean time, we would like to keep you in the loop with what is happening at the AISB community in Bucharest.
Stay safe, read more, listen to good music, exercise inside (or at the terrace if you have one), meditate, chat with family and friends. Let us know where you are in the world, let us know how authorities where you are are handling health safety measures, let us know how you are using this time and how did this impact your life.
We are wishing to all our alumni and their families best of health and spirit!
We hope you all are keeping safe, and are in good spirit, despite the times we are living. More...
